The holiday house ARTA located in a very quiet area in southeast Cape Coral and only 20 drive minutes from Fort Myers International Airport away. You need about 10 minutes by car to the beach of Cape Coral, about 20 minutes by car to the tropical islands Sanibel and Captiva with snow-white beaches and unspoiled natural parks. Sunsplash Water Park at Lake Kennedy, Cape Coral's main attraction is about 10 minutes away from the house. Directly in front of the house we have a bicycle path, it makes enables very interesting bike rides through the city. A big "mall" (shopping mall) located approximately 300m away and is accessible on foot or by bicycle. Because of very favorable location (Santa Barbara Blwd and Veterans Pkwy) it is an excellent location for numerous trips in Cape Coral and Florida.

From 01 Oktober 2009 to 01 Mai 2010. 1 up to 2 persons: USD 700,- week/house.
* Additionalpersons: USD 80,- (low season) or USD 100,- (high season) per week for adults, children (under 12) free.
* A daily renewal is a booked week.
* In the Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is two weeks.
* 11% (5%+6%) Florida tax liabilities.
* USD 130,00- cleaning.
* Electricity is up to a consumption of $ 25 per week in the price. Electricity, which U.S. Dollar 25.00 / week on the increase, the tenant with U.S. Dollar 0,12 / kWh, or the bail forfeited.
