Special price. 02 September 2010 bis 30 September 2010: USD 400,- week/house.

From 02 Mai 2010 to 1 September 2010. 1 up to 2 persons: USD 555,-  week/house.

From 01 Oktober 2009 to 01 Mai 2010. 1 up to 2 persons: USD 700,-  week/house.

* Additionalpersons: USD 80,- (low season) or USD 100,- (high season) per week for adults, children  (under 12) free.

* A daily renewal is a booked week.

* In the Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is two weeks.

 * 11% (5%+6%) Florida tax.

* USD 130,00- cleaning.

 * USD 350,00- deposit.

 * Minimum rental period for all seasons = 1 week.

For 6 persons occupancy in low season, weekly price: USD 875,- (approx. USD 145, - per person per week)
